We are organizing a CBG workshop held one Saturday a month at the 61 roadhouse & kitchen in Webster Groves MO. (St. Louis Area).  This is also the home to the St. Louis CBG festival each year.

Bill Kunz of 61 has been generous in offering us a place to meet, practice, discussed ideas and what ever members decide to do with the time. Gary Herget and myself are contacts for this club and are open to ideas to make this a fun club. As soon as we have commitment from members, we can set up a Saturday each month to meet mornings. We haven't set a day or start time as of yet. We need to know who can commit at least to a start up and discuss as a group when and how we want to run this. Possibilities are great!

Hi!

I'm new to building and playing so the workshop sounds like something I would be interested in. Count me in!

I'm in rural Edwardsville, IL in the 62001 zipcode :)

Thanks!

rich

That's great Rich, we should have a Saturday start up soon. I reside here in Edwardsville as well 62025.

February 22, 2014 start up the clubs 1st meeting at 9:AM till ? Bring something to talk about and share. We can play open mic till 10: if anybody is interested and move upstairs to extend meeting on what ever the group wants to work on and plan for the future. The group will most likely test the water on which direction the club take based on how creative are.

Is this official? I have the time set on my calendar.

This is official, tell everyone you know who does CBG"s. Bring something you built that you're proud of and inspire the rest of us.

Yes It's official. If for any reason this get postponed, we would immediately notify everyone via emails.

Haven't built one yet but would love to be there. Warrenton Mo. here. About an hours drive west of ya'll.

Yes, I know where Warrenton MO. is. Come on and join us, there are plenty of savvy builders that will be there. Let me know if you do and I'll help with a parts list to bring so we can help you lay out a plan.

I'm driving in from Alhambra, IL so it will be a 50 minute drive for me.  Looking forward to meeting like minded people! :D

Sounds like we're reaching pretty far, and thats great. Many of us will be driving some distance to share and enjoy. Come expecting and willing to participate and you won't be disappointed.

Thanks Smilingdog1. I've got everything I need. Had it for a few years now. Just never had the time to get anything done. Looking forward to seeing ya'll there!

Mr. B Rat bring all your parts with you and we can probably have you playing it before you leave. Maybe
