They are very versatile. I do a lot of folky, folk-rock stuff, some prog and classic rock, on both 3's, 4's and good ol' 6's. A time and place for each. :) Just have fun with 'em!

Thank you Marcus! I left the heater coils in and they do add some "spring" reverb acoustically, which the mic may have caught, and I am plugged into the micro cube amp. I like the reverb and a little chorus from this little amp. Thanks again!

Thank you, Denbo! The lyrics were popping into my head while on my daily walk with our dog (Mitch). The 3 string and music fell in pretty quickly from the lyrics. I wish more of 'em came this easy.

Thank you, Alan. Not much of a lint problem now! Ha! :) But after I had repaired it several times and kept it going for 18 years or so, it was ready for a 3rd motor, so time for it to go. My day job is a product engineer for a thermostat company and I had a feeling the heater box and duct would be a "cool" project for a guitar. Otherwise I was going to rig it to a fan to heat my basement workshop area, but then didn't want to burn down the house from that 5400 watts! hehe Thanks!

Thank you Nancy. I figured the dryer parts would be fun to make into a guitar so I stripped our old dryer before hauling it away. :)

As always nice Guitar playing and great Vocals, does the Dryer have a problem with Lint in the filter ??? :-D
