  Good vid. I've done my own bottlenecks in a similar way but instead of hot water, use a candle and turn the bottle a couple of times with the flame under the cut, then pour cold water over. Works 9 out of 10 times. The main thing is getting that clean cut to start with. I made a similar device to his and that made the big difference.

  OR you can used a Dremel tool with a diamond cutting blade OR a Tile Saw with a Diamond Blade.
