hey south paw , i forget the scale on the " lil hag" , but yeah , it was pretty small .. i think i made like 3 proto types , , james actually has the first prototype , lol , i think it still has a mock fretboard on it . the fret markers were rhinestones.. you could request your birth stone colour .. or like a daughters pride / family ring colours . to personalize it . lol
i got the violins and the cace etc real cheap from china , but, all and all , they were just too pricy to make to be worth it , not to mention , a pain in the ass .
Hay Pick That's nice What sort of scale is it soprano? I have been looking for an old junker to put a neck on but they always want like 300 franks or more. I Had it in my mind that it would be a swamp witch type body build. Got to say it Yum Yum.

That's looking great. Carving from solid is certainly a challenging way of getting yourself a violin body !
