    Love it,RTZ..well played.Thanks so much BQ.,so very kind of you..I had to fire my employee at the end of summer ,so while workin solo has been much better on the head ,it;s been more taxing on the energy level and free time ,so,I'm still adjusting..But Im workin on it....
