Turn down the volume! ~ I was drinking a couple red beers and feeling Hank. Kind of going for an early 1950s look and feel here.Did not much care the sound was off and that the harp and git were not quite tuned together.A pretty old waltz.PS: the cane was for effect, not a walking aid. It could also come in handy for whacking people. Will dedicate this one to James and Rich Caudill and all the other Bama CBG folks.

  • John, I AM a kind hearted man.  But if kindness fails badly, I can beat them with my cane.

  • Too good to be listened to just once. Love it.

What's all this about whacking people? I thought you were such a kind hearted sort of fellow.

  • Thanks, Mike.

  • Great piece of work all the way around.!

  • Awesome... I like Hank....

  • Thanks Vinyl.   Hank sure had a lot of good songs.   I will look forward to you doing one.  YOU are one of my fave singer/players.

  • Really nice job, John. I'm not sure I need to tell you how much I love your singing and guitar playing again...What the hell, it bears repeating. John, I love your singing and guitar playing.

I know that song as done by Bill Monroe, I didn't know it was a Hank Williams song. I think I'll have to have a go at a Hank song soon.

  • Great one John.
