Yup Dave ! its getting crowded treu the years but, there no place like this place ! but now my 4 track Tascam portastudiobroke down, my repair man say,s its a wheel and a fjew teeth broke of, looked on e-bay but no luck yet, thinking might copy the part whit a 3 D printer, ?
yep poorness build it 30 years ago,took a lot of pumping water ,but its all sealed up now for years, rubbercompound auqua something forget the name, and its real UNDERGROUND nobody bothers you and they only hear you true the airvents, volume like a closed window car radio, so there is no holding back,or other fear of interuption. in the basement your in a other world!
