This isn't really CBG-related, but I figured some folks might enjoy it. I made a cocktail kit out of my DIY cajon, a snare drum, and a ride cymbal.

    Sounds very good even though you say you’re not a percussionist.   Now that I got my Cajon and kick pedal setup it has humbled me.  I need lots of practice.  Have you seen the Kick Boxx setup?  I’m thinking about building one that’s similar but more DIY.

    You bring up a great point Doug. I've thought about getting another bass pedal so I can do 2 percussion sounds while strumming a git.

    Interesting! What have you got up your sleeve for extra percussion in addition to the cajon when you are playing your cbg?
