    Thanks ! Yeah, that wire is what makes this bow sound like it does. Its very stiff and takes a while to get the feel for it. There seems to be some strange overtones that you don't get with guitar strings? This stick is only 3 feet long with a scale of about 27 inches. I plan to make a longer one soon.

    I dig it. Cool name, and that wire you're using sounds really good... kinda eerie, for sure. Man, aren't d-bows a lot more fun than they should be? :-)
