  • Company and I thank you Derek! I do like the message in the song. It caught my attention in the Love Comes Softly video series when one of the main characters, Clark, sings it while walking out into the woods to worship. It has grown on me since!

  • Another good one from you and Company, Doug. Good reminder in this message as well.

  • Nice song, nice job.

  • Thanks for the supportive words Dave! Music is powerful stuff; I don’t doubt you for a minute! I expect it will help keep me going strong into the future and you too!

  • That is very pleasant and soothing Doug. Thank you. Your crew seemed to be right with you also though they are muted. I liked your comment about your history. Music is a blessing to me as well. I believe I’m still alive because of it’s blessings.

  • Thanks for noticing Rope! So many great songs, so little time!

The only reason I play the guitar today is because I wanted to play the songs we sang at Friday Night Fellowship on the college campus. I was a new Christian and bought a guitar and a MelBay chord book over Christmas break my junior year and have been playing regularly ever since. It has been a real blessing to me for many years.

  • Super. I always like the everywhere song choices. From David Crosby to Fanny Crosby, George Harrison to Boy George to George Beverly Shea. You guys can chug ‘em all!

  • I had to do a double-take. There's a guy playing with Doug... wait... it's not the bass player... what the heck? Ha ha.
