  • Thanks Jim - yeah the Aussie Nation isn't quite as active but has some interesting stuff. Cheers Nige, was a good start & hopefully we can build up the numbers (and quality of playing on my part at least). It ties in nicely for us drummers too cause we go straight to Burleigh Drumming after. Mental note to self though to up my fitness levels after hand drumming for about 2hours and spending about half an hour on the Douns my arms feel like lead today...lol

  • Cookin' !

    i will let people know.

  • looks nice there Penny! great fun (-:

  • That is sunny good and relaxing fun.  Wish I was there with a couple of gits and a straw cowboy hat on my head.

  • Oh and Belinda I'm now a paid up member of the Queensland Blues Society could be why I'm looking more at home with the blues...hah.

  • thanks Be, all geed up after the blues workshop that we attended in the morning in Brisbane. What a huge day - blues workshop from 10-12 drive 80klms down the coast for Burliegh Twangers then head down the hill, swap our gits for drums and drummed till 8.30. Its 2.12am and still too hyped to get to bed but 3 1/2 hrs of african drumming will do that to you...

  • bare legs, sunshine and CBG's, I so wish I was there!! You're looking at home with those Blues now : -)
