  • Hey Wes, when hunting soft crabs, we take the camp stove right to the rivers edge and make a day of it. From the net to the frying pan. Put um on some sweet bread, with some Old Bay sauce, lettuce and some cold brew.

    Just the best!!

    Yeah John, with hand lining, chicken necks are most common but just about anything will work. It's just a matter of what will stay tied on your line.

    Soft crabbing's a little different. We'll wade in the grass beds, about waist high, with a net and flush them out.

    So jonesing for a sammich right now.
