Thanks Wes. Really kind of you to say so. Like everything though, practice makes perfect and I intend lots of practice still. Thanks again for the kind words :0)

Thanks Danny. Maybe the secret sauce to the sound is the Lace, flat mount, thin pickup that I sellotape'd under the strings? Maybe it's the Rotosound strings? Could easily be the late 70s or early 80s hacked radio cassette player. I'm really enjoying playing it whatever the secret sauce is. Thanks again Danny :0)

Hi Nancy. Thanks for the kind words and glad you liked the video. Yep, music and cats are awesome therapies. Better than my counsellor anyway haha. Still, give these things chance! :0) Thanks again Nancy.

Thanks Diglydog. Definitely a different technique. I'll get there but I'm happy for starters. The instrument rack is definitely full now and the storage guitars are in danger of overflowing soon. Not yet though. I reckon I can always squeeze another one in. And another. And another... haha. Thanks again Diglydog :0)

Great to see you again, Bear.  That's sounding really good - a different technique to CBG but you're mastering it.  You're building up a good collection of instruments by the look of it !

Thanks Paul. That's really nice of you to say. There were a few duff notes in there but I think I covered them up well enough lol. Isn't that the essence of these homemade instruments though? If you're going to play duff notes then at least try and make them sound purposely done by what you play afterwards? ;0)
