Like our learned friend Dave Lynas, I also turn the the Treble off and the Bass full on with most of my Gits, I don't like the idea of gluing the back on, I always screw or hinge & screw my builds so I can gain access to the electronics etc., to give me the option of changing Pickups & Vol Tone etc., and I'd persevere with that little 3 Pole Delta Style Pup, I think they're great :-)

The trouble with using hot glue is when the music is too hot to handle.  It melts the glue!

I loved that it came apart during your demo. Nice slide riffs and good sound. I like more bass too. My amp is usually set with treble turned off and bass full up. Try a Wicked Bucker pup. You won’t have to cut into the neckthrough with a flat pickup.
