Bought this one back in the early 90's because it looked something like the Guitar George Thorogood was using at the time, still in my possession, beautiful Git, but having 3 strings too many, it doesn't get a lot of play time.  :-D

This song was like a burger without bacon. A couple of you mentioned jazz, that’s cool and maybe listening to the jazz guitar on Ella’s song rubbed off on me a bit. Uncle, your kind comments are very much appreciated, thank you!

Good is what your trying to say! Ha, just kidding AGP, your comments are so very kind and generous, thank you so very much for your support and inspiration. Dennis Reedy built this, my first CBG! Saw him playing one of these unique guitars, a three sting he was playing. My brother sent me this song out of the blue and I’m thinking Ella! But she does a beautiful ballad like nobody’s business. I listened twice, took a couple hours to practice....right in my wheelhouse, love this songs great lyrics. Now I’m not playing it anywhere close to Ella or her great guitarist Joe Pass, thank you for his name. Thanks again my friend!

Thank you A.D! My first CBG is still my go to, tried and true. I call it my Big Payback Cadillac. Build big,  sturdy, and great for old guys to drive.
