THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE HELPFUL HINTS. I KNOW IT WASNT ONE OF MY BEST POSTS. I GET ANXIOUS TO POST SOMETHING AND DONT TAKE THE TIME TO COMPLETELY LEARN THE SONG WELL. WILL TRY TO DO BETTER NEXT TIME. HAVE BEEN WORKING 8 OR MORE HOURS A WEEK OVERTIME LATELY. WE ARE DOWN 4 DISPATCHERS AND IT HAS BEEN REALLY TIRING.

yep your rocking like Floyd and I get what Dave mentioned. So maybe if you know the song in your head (its pitch and melody) sing it for a day (without playing ) then sit back down and play it (slowly and less playing) till you get the strumming down..........THEN TEAR IT UP LIKE FLOYD!

Hi Danny. I’m not hearing the melody in this one. Try picking the notes of the melody. They are found in the chords you are strumming but individual notes. Then you can sing along with the melody. Memorize the words so you don’t need to read them while playing.
