OK, not a cigar box and not homemade but some cheap Chinese stuff that I wanted to share with y'all. Worth it? Maybe for some folks. It was for me just looking for a case. Here's a similar one on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Perfect-4-4-Full-Size-Acousti...

Thank you Derek.
Thanks J.
You make it sound great Jim.
Really a bit unfair.
You are playing it.
Not some dude like me that would make sounds like a cat getting its tail caught in a door!
Thanks RTZ. I'm not anti Chinese goods but I'm extremely partial to homemade stuff. My $20 Joyo pedals (chorus and delay) work and sound great though I rarely use them nowadays. I liked my first RK dreadnought enough that I purchased the parlor size also. I play the bigger one for gigs but practice on the parlor since my shoulder starts to hurt after about an hour of reaching over the dreadnought. I understand they are prone to bridge lift and cracked tops but after almost a year of pretty heavy use no probs (knock on solid wood top) I'm still saving for the Martin I want for the gigs where I need to flatpick but the RK will do 'till then.
Well I don't like Chineze stuff but I do use some, and the good stuff I find that I like my $29 Donner chorus pedal you just cant find made here. Nice that you found a fiddle case with a free fiddle. At Christmas I was online shopping I came across a Recording King parlor all solid wood under $300 got one for myself, first one looked great but had a cracked top second doing great.
And this puts the CBN question to rest, can Jim Morris make a piece of s#!t sound good.
Yup Andries, it's a good bargain if you can stand to play something you didn't make yourself! I still haven't made a real good acoustic 6 string so for many gigs I play one called Recording King. Made in China and real good sound for not much money.
Good deal Gary!
There you Go ! These Darn China men! you wonder how it can bee so cheap and every thing there, and it sounded pritty good to me!, i have a chinese ArchTop and tell you the same thing changed a stringholder tailpiece, and played it eversins practicly everyday and it sounds swell! Hard to beat these Chinees Instrument factory Builders! Thanks for the Info Jim! overhere they sell em in germany But from wood i mind you! whit all the parafanalia for only 99,-euro's mind you!! ebbonnee ,and Palmwood!
Thanks all. I was surprised that with just a bit of set up work it was playable and the tone was less awful than I imagined it would be!
