Denbo, you brought a can opener? Plan B. Dave, you were right about the brush drumstick, that's what that drummer used. Did you save the piezo Denbo? we can make a brush from the end of one of my bass strings.

hey, Rufus found this!   https://youtu.be/eURJtdkm-DY

train tracks need a seasoned drummer.

ok, i talked to george. his take is unless one is a seasoned drummer, it would be difficult to maintain a steady but changing beat that would emulate the train track beat. his suggestion is to use an old analog metronome. add a small rod to the "hand", and have it it hit a full unopened can of baked beans with a disk piezo glued to the top going to a pre amp. it would still need to be monitored to increase or decrease the beat depending on the speed of the train and the melody. he say's it should be a long song, keep dave on the bass, john on the harp, denbo on the git, and anybody else that would like to join in. cyber song. hmmmm. any ideas? (yes, i'm losing it, a few weeks in the boxcar...........)

It’s bacon under boiled potatoes frying them brown and bacon wrapped chuck steak cooking on the sauna stove Poorness. Few Hobo’s get it so good. But this is a dream with all the perks. :D)

thanks Daniel. Maybe a tin drum with brushes for that railroad sound D.

thanks Ambrose. Very kind words.

Its a really nice contrast with just bass and harp... and is that water dripping in the background? Sounds like something you could've heard in the (railroad) jungle decades ago. Good collaboration fellas.

I only pay beans for Hobo Royalties. All credits go to my rambling rowdy pals.
