Being of a similar age to my old mate Uncle John, it does sound very familiar, and probably, as he suggests dates back to the 60's, anyway a very nice version by the Spokane Mob :-)

Green Sleeves would actually require me to have serious guitar skills! Glad to hear you recognized the song Uncle John!

I wasn’t familiar with the tune Kale until Marilyn requested it! It took some doing to get up to speed, but I have found the song has grown on me each time I do it. The lyrics and melody kept coming to mind (ear worm!!!)throughout the drive on Tuesday!

That does not sound at all like Green Sleeves.   ;)     Good song and good job.   That was a good song out of the mid 60s that I think I had on an album back then.  The Brothers Four.
