Freeborn man on CBG and foot drums (no harp) (Exploration of the use of negative space)

I was born in the Southland
Twenty some odd years ago
I ran away for the first time
When I was four years old
I'm a free-born man
My home is on my back
I know every inch of highway
Every foot of back road every mile of railroad track
I got a gal in Cincinnati
Got a women in San Antone
I always love the girl next door
But anyplace is home
I got me a worn out guitar
I carry an old tote sack
I hocked it about two hundred times
But I always get 1 back
Well you may not like my appearance
You may not like my song
You may not like the way I talk
But you like the way I'm gone

Awesome Buggy!  Not only do I  love trains and train songs I  got to watch video of two trains I  rode on and remember the scenery on the routes as depicted in the video.  Oh, and you did a fantastic job on playing and singing.

Dampening/deadening the strings with you left hand rather then letting it ring out

I hear what Bob was saying.  I have not learned how to do that.  It's a good skill.   Excellent vocals, Buggy.

Nice one Buggy.  I like the string deadening strumming/scratching aspects to this song.  Sometimes I use it.  Adds that little extra edge and feel aspect.

Raw is good, Buggy.  Some harp would have been good.
