Hi Jim , in fact the sound was on of the first thing that was on my list at the time, getting the right stuff so to speak, and i am only scratching that surface, i don't have the same tools but close to what he suppost to  have used at the time, there are guy's out there like this hansen ,(he is one of the new generation that sounds & looks like him and play's only his tracks) i mean i like him but i do not have to be him, i think im more like robin trower i like the style and way of exspression by means of the gear. but thanks for the compliment Jim appriciated ! I am cooking that stew for many a year now and its finaly starting to smooth out in the search for the right JH chord ,after getting that and some tutorials that came my way, i think i am lifting a small part of the vail that hides the Genius of his Playing, but it still is fun thow !  thanks for the kind comments John!
