There could be a grounding problem; I don't know. I used the prewired pickup from Gitty, so I know I didn't screw anything up. The strings I know aren't grounded. I haven't figured out a way to do that.

it does work - sounds like a grounding problem? - take yer time it will all come together

Luckily I don't have a choice anymore. I can't do anything more with it until I get a couple more tuners. That'll give me some time to put some thought into it.
