I know Unc. I’ve had back problems since art school days. I’ve managed it with exercise and weight control. I put on some weight in the lockdown. Couldn’t swim in the pool. Couldn’t sauna daily. I tried getting good exercise on land but my impediment made that only hurt me. I have had grief in many losses. Those around me are leaving this world. The depression is deep.

trying to come out of lockdown has done it’s damage. Too much, too soon. Music and art have kept me alive. True peace is our hope for a future.

Thank you Andries. What you say is strait to the mark. I’m a stupid Old man. Testosterone still rages. I’m addicted to work and making art. I’ll be back swimming daily at the YMCA. They have opened again. That will heal my back. Just have to get good enough to get there. :*) . I’m enjoying drawing a lot. It masks the pain. And the videos are very easy if I just sit and play a light guit.

Fysio ,massages ,Yep those are the good sides maybee? take a good breather and ease up a little it must bee a strain on your work ethic,  "But the sighn say's "SLOW DOWN BROTHER" take it easy! strenght to i know its hard ,i broke mine to, and mentaly your world can be in chambles, as long as hope is there ! your doing allright !! Hang in there, friend.  I hope you don't have nerve pain, that is awful stuff.  Be hopeful, but know back injuries can be slow healers.

Yup Unc. I overdid Spring. I’m layed up completely. Sept I can play guitar and draw. Can’t drive, hardly walk, think, eat but liquids or ... you know.
