Rockhill 4 string same riff through various amps on favourite settings (within reason)
To show the differnces between amps hope this helps you.
Micro cube,Fender mustang, Bugera rat,calvin tweed...
in lowest price order
40xl has a looper and channel switching
the 30 bass coube sounds great with the odd thing and a tube driver
The vox Vt 30 i had to fix as it packed up the first time I used it so bears a grudge
The Cube may be easier to tour with and probably reliable..
Me I like the 3d sound of valves,

Bugera rat and spider 3 were left off this test as the Bugamp would probably win and the spider 3 loose (only good for metal).

The buzzing was 2 guitars I believe, as I have been messing tonight with the vox and it can be made to work but needs a CBG with an earth....!!!!!!!!
It does sound quite a nice little amp after all...but it hates my CBG's
you can stick the same CBG in other amps and not get any issues WHY?
A roland microcube you can stick anything into it and it sounds great and clean, but a VOX... oh no!!
anyone have any ideas why this should be the case?

The vox DA5 is better (older amp)....must try and add DA5, Bugera V5 rat and Spider 3 samples
I plan to see if I can change the power unit for the vox
