Nut and #1 fret spacing.

For the sake of simplicity, your scale is 25" and you are using a 1/4" bolt for the nut and a 1/4" eye bolt for the bridge. So the 25" is center to center. Correct? When I'm laying out the frets do I take into account 1/8" (1/2 of the nut to center) or do I just take the measurement from the side of the nut. I'm thinking I read somewhere that the measurement starts where the strings break over. In this case would be 1/8"?                   ................. See More

"Use the jumbo(large fret) it's used pretty much allot the time for a zero fret. At least that's my understanding!"
