Today if I'm dining in London, I just go to Brick Lane or Leicester Sq. I developed a taste for good Indian cooking hard to please here in the US.
As for British Beer, I'm a devotee of Michael Jackson (the British one, of course!) The Campaign for Real Ale has turned 40; I've been a supporter for 35 years.

the bowl is loose the pressure of the strings on the saddle holds it steady,try and look at the stewart macdonald website,find resonator cones and theres a how to set up your resonator cone on there,the cone sits on a ring with holes drilled in it but we dont need to get that bcarried away ha ha have a look
you need a cheap bandsaw to get the basic shape on the neck,spokeshave a good knife for carvin the neck cheap set of hole cutters and a drill, some clamps wood glue and your away, the most important thing is madness passion and a good solid wokbench and wood vice,i go round car boot sales buying up old tools that no one cares about and clean em up and use em, hope thats some help bro , just take your time and enjoy it best parts when its built and you strum it for the first time
Your guitar looks very nice.... well, dirty and nasty, but in a good kind of way. I bet it plays mean. Just as long as you're never tempted to read it. I've not built one with frets yet, not got the guts to try and fit them.
