John, thanks for friending! I like your work a lot and that milling jig is a cool tool. It's encouraging to give it a try to make such a table.

Hi John, thanks for the friends request. I'll be delighted to be your friend. I've learned some lessons from you already and want more.

Hi John.

Yes, additional tools can be really useful - it's just a case of being selective and finding the ones that make a real difference, as opposed to those that perhaps duplicate something that I already have.

Hi John. Thanks for the nice comments on Harrisons' parlor guitar. It was a fun build.

Hi John, thanks for your comments. I was looking at that lovely art deco one on you made a while back on your website. That's as nice an instrument as you're gonna find. Hope it plays as well as it looks. I also like the fact that you are trying to take intonation to another level too with some nice bridge/saddle designs. I've been toying with the same kind of thing for a while now but none of my designs have actually made it to any of my builds as yet. Hopefully, I'll perfect them enough to start using them in the near future. Trev

Thanks for comment on the Glitsch video John, it's a little out of synch on my first attempt, but good fun to do!

oh cool...maybe I'm remembering it wrong about the manual, I'll give it a go : -)

Wondering about the loop pedal as well which also takes 6aa's. I think it might have been that now I think about it, which said you had to use alkaline batteries, and I couldn't find any alkaline re chargeables. As it wasn't cheap and I bought it new I haven't dared risk trying re chageables. Do you think they could damage it???

so have you tried the Microcube on rechargeables yourself? I was wondering about it recently. The manual say not to use them...

Hi John, I've just joined and although I've been messing around on a Daddy Mojo 5strg. for a few years I am now going to try building a bass.

It's good that there are other crazy guys like me around who are willing to help and share.

It was a lot fun hacking this radio even though it took many, many attempts. The tune is a abbrieviated version of a song I wrote recently. Norwegian Wood is quite the complement. Thanks!
