Nightowl AKA Ms.Diane. I listened to your music via CBG Nation all through the Labor Day weekend. I love it!!!! Where can I buy a CD or a tape. AND Feelin Bad Blues on your 4 string was super. Any chance you have that tabbed out. If not I would be happy to pay whatever you deemed appropriate just so I could have it to to work on. Thank for all the incredible music. Just count me in as another fan.
love yer vids great playing like how ya show yer fingers great for learning ,have ya played any burnside with a 3 stringer would love to see how to play jumper on the line or po black mattie
Thanks NightOwl on the Squarona (troublesome) build. It souns sooo good now. I would like to hear it in you hands. I hope you will soon have another video for us.
Thanks for friending me.I have just started making and tryin to play cbg.I have just started my 3rd cbg.I am inspired by your playing and singing.I am going to try to learn some of the songs you do as I love your style. Thanks again
NightOwl.You are one of my favorites on CBN.Did you make a video of "I Know His Blood can Make Me Whole"?I love this song. Thanks for sharing your music,It`s Great!
Nightowl, I love your blues. Do you know a song by Memphis Minnie, "I Wonder Where My Good Man's At". I think it would be a great song for you. It is on youtube by another great blues woman, I Play Banjo Now.
Thanks for your response, Keni Lee...Appreciate it.
I gig a bit, but so far playing as I've always done...strumming and singing...dylan, neil young, van morrison type stuff..I'm not looking to become a professional just want to nail it. That's just how I am. Playing the resonator I noticed every half note...you know it just rings out so much, so i try to really nail it...slow thijngs down, and repeat, repeat...just impatient, I guess. Thanks for your encouragement...you are doing a good thing with your music. You bring a lot of pleasure to people, not just with your playing, but with your help as well. Grea Stuff, brother. Keep it up!
Do you play :"Jesus on the Mainline"...or "Doooown in Mississippi"...I'd love to learn those two songs. Enjoy what you do...whatever. You've got a nice feel, it's hard to play slow...it's a mark of someone who feels the music!
