Thank you Michael for your comment. Not having frets, definitely adds a new dimension to playing CBG. Kind of like learning to juggle and then deciding to use a bowling ball, feather, and flaming torch. I had to laugh at the slight variations of pitch. Enjoy.
The show in Albany sounds interesting. However, I have 2 young girls. Dance class, Super Science Saturday, Birthday parties. . . .
We're looking at the dew drops sometime today on our computers at work. Something better than the mobile phone screens at home. My wife really likes some of them.
I stopped in your etsy store after reading the article you linked on the forum. Congrats, by the way. I am sorry to report, however, that I am more interested in the dew drop water colors than your guitars, taking away nothing from the latter.
Hey Micheal thanks for the friend invite and the comments, you make some pretty nice stuff yourself. That Vega guitar is sweet!!!
Cheers, Frans

Thanks for your comments Michael. IT does look like I'm tapping the dog's tail LOL. My foot is tapping on two plastic electrical junction covers glued together with BBs inside. I put tape around it and then a rubber band to keep it from sliding. Here's a link where I got it from: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GLdJC9Nb-w. Enjoy!
Thanks for the comment ... and yeah, if I see something I really like, I'll shamelessly copysteal it, hehe.
I do like to improve slightly from the original if I can, but you have to remember we never invented anything here, and if we thought we did, it's probably already been done. :-))
Adding pics to a post ... When you're typing in the white text-box, click the little camera icon at the top. You can then link to an online pic, or upload one from your computer.
Hey Michael yes its a big zeppelin in the air Goodyear if I am correct, there are several mills in my town all still in working order , the mills on the pic are from around the year 1785
Looking forward to your barrel project ,just made my first CBG with the piezo and its sounding well.

Michael - I did some checking on that "extra" post on the econo jacks - that can be wired as a cutoff switch. You'll notice how when you insert a jack there is a tab that no longer makes contact with the main post of the jack... so you can wire that so that when a jack is inserted, something else (like a speaker) gets cut off. Sort of like how when you insert headphones into a stereo.

Well, I hope you get a little mileage out of that honest compliment for your wife's work. :)
