Mine were from 58’ 59’, two were single p90(58’) & one dual p90’s(59’) a funny fact is Les Paul threatened to leave Gibson if they didn’t take his name of these & SG guitars. He hated double cut guitars?

Sorry not able to edit on my phone - Fiahman should be Fishman (phone autocorrects for some reason).  The other 3 way is for magnetic/both/piezo.  3 pots are volume magnetic/volume piezo/tone.

I like to get as many sounds as possible from one guitar and earlier this year bought a Michael Kelly Hybrid Special.

It has two coil splittable humbuckers via a pull push pot.  3 way at the horn for neck/both/bridge pickups.  The bridge is like an acoustic guitar and has a rod piezo.  Onboard is a Fiahman Powerchip that preamps and blends the piezo/magnetic pickups.

My holy grail is to try and produce a cheap version for a CBG that works nearly as well.  I have bought several preamp mini circuitboards to test over the winter months because the Powerchip costs around £100 to buy in the UK.
