Can not get my profile pic to work. I go to the browser and choose a picture to upload and nothing happens, but I can upload the same picture to My Pictures and it will show up. Can anyone tell me what's up with that ?
I'm having problems. Pic is under 10MB and I've converted to 3 'acceptable' formats but I get a 'can't upload' message. Anyone else have this problem? If so how did they get round it. Cheers
This may be obvious Mark, but first, are you clicking "save" at the bottom after selecting your photo? I find the button is often obscured or off the page and missed.
Second, is your file size too big? (10 meg limit I think)
