The TV station uses the ooyala player on its website, and requires java script in the embed code. Apparently the nation's server can't handle it.

Hmmmm... loads for me. A little slow, but it loads. Do you have java disabled?
Anyway, they're sending me a copy on CD so I can load to youtube and embed easily. Their site is... sub-optimal.
