Parts assembled for next build. I'd thought about using another piece of bocote for the fretboard but I think a nice piece of poplar might make a nicer color complement.

Finally finished! Pretty happy with it; I definitely learned a few things over the course of the build that I'll remember going forward...
Haha, still not done! Work, life, and Texas in August have kept me out of the workspace for a while. But I'm hoping to get it wrapped up in the next week or so.
Let's see some pics of the finished product. I'm sure it came out great.

Will do - this one is going to be straight-up electric only. It's a pretty thin box so I'm not even going to bother with sound holes on this one.
Nice, don't forget to post a vid of what it sounds like. "The proof is in the pudding!" (Never knew what the hell that meant, BTW)
