Sadly, today brings the passing of Phil Emmanuel, lesser recognised brother of Tommy, guitar virtuoso's both, although Phil never really played the guitar hero role, he was a stellar performer, and side man par excellence, Vale Phillip.

Shocking news RIP Phil I remember seeing him play at Moby Dicks at Whale beach on the Sydney’s northern beaches we lived there for years and he played many smaller pubs and bars . Playing to Saint Peter now .
