License Plate Buzzing

Hi Folks,It's been a too damned long since I posted on here. I was wondering if you all knew any tricks for fixing the random buzzing that happens on a license plate guitar. I've tightened all of the screws down. My old trick was to put tape, or paper between the license plate and the wood, I even had duct tape on the bolt for a while, nothing seems to work.
