Hey Paddy,

I recently built my first -- a few happy accidents and additions -- and I'll be damned, it sounds fully legit acoustic (I decided not to cut ports in the front of this one since the top is micro-thin three ply soft basswood) and sounds amazing when you take a little time to dial in the amp when plugged in. Before you start maybe take a glance at my headstock, that string retainer really makes a solid string contact --- this thing RINGS
