Hey all - long time lurker, first post. Built my 2nd CBG, but have low frets (argh). If I remove and replace, any suggestions about how to fill the gaps?Thanks much!Continue

"If you remove them carefully, then you should be alright. But you’ll for surely have to glue in the new frets? Good luck on the refret :)"

How did you learn about Cigar Box Nation?: Been lurking forever.

How many instruments have you built so far?: Working on my 2nd! First was a baritone uke; working on a 3 string.

What do you find most interesting about cigar box guitars? (If you do not enter something meaningful here (at least one sentence long), your membership may be rejected as a spam/bot fake account).: I love music, but often it feels like the bar is too high for a lot of folks to get into the hobby. I LOVE anything that democratizes music, makes it accessible for anyone to play and sing - CBGs are an amazing example of accessible analog music. They're beautiful, they express so much of the creator's personality, and they're so simple to play - plus, the history is incredible. I love woodworking, so it's a perfect fit.
