Yes I will be your friend. Let me know what kind of help I can give you. The Party Source is where I get my Cigar Boxes and Lowes is where I get my wood. They sell 1"X2"x4'. Check to make sure they are true by placing them on the floor to see if there flat. You should have my cell number so give me a call if you want.

OK, what type of tool do you have? You need to measure the length of the tuners to see how much room you have and cur as much to leave room for the strings. The one I just built is .625 thick. I got the keys at Sam Ash for $12.00. I used rivits at the bottom to put the strings through. It ok to make mistakes that how you learn.
