How did you learn about Cigar Box Nation?
Surfin' on the old interwebs for CBG info!
How many instruments have you built so far?
Two.
What do you find most interesting about cigar box guitars? (If you do not enter something meaningful here (at least one sentence long), your membership may be rejected as a spam/bot fake account).
As soon as I first thought about making CBGs, I immediately started to think about all the crazy recycled components I could use to enhance the quality or singularity of the sound produced from a CBG, or 2 of them, or 6, or 12, or..., well, you get the idea.

Hi Bob,

Thank you for the friend request.  Regarding your question they are geared closed tuners.  I buy them from eBay and from which seller has the cheapest price at the time.  Typically this means a seller from China and a delivery time that varies between 2 to 6 weeks.  I have never had a problem and if I did PayPal would refund the price.  If you prefer a USA seller CB Gitty had an excellent reputation and a large choice with quick delivery.

https://www.cbgitty.com/search.php?search_query=Tuners&section=product

The only reason I don't buy from him is because I live in the UK.

If you are looking for ideas for your guitar build please feel free to have a look through my photos and ask any questions.

Kind regards,

David L
