"I've made a couple of 3 pole pickups and one blade type. The poles are very clean sounding but the blade has a bit more crunch to it. don't know why. It's all new to me too. But as the time goes by I will experiment more."

Too many for someone who isn't selling them.....
What do you find most interesting about cigar box guitars? (If you do not enter something meaningful here, your membership may be rejected).

Hi Blues Frog , just enjoyed watching your videos. You don't see many people using full size humbuckers. I have a pair of 'em from a Satellite Les Paul I broke in 1986 ! Is there a reason they're not used much? Sure sounds good on your CBG .

Went to the transfer station today and this is what I found! A pile of cigar boxes just sitting there!

I couldn't just leave them there! There's too much potential.
