I saw Justin playing. And then I went down the rabbit hole. I want to learn to play guitar and I am really hoping that learning a 3 string will be easier than 6! Because I tried 6 (a couple of times) and I get too intimidated. I am also a wood worker and I love the creativity outlet portion of CBG's. I've started building one (0.25 of it is done), which should be interesting, since I don't know how to play one. I also already purchased a CB Gitty fretless slider. I look forward to being a part of CBG Nation! Thank you!
Had to make a 2nd one so my wife and I can try to learn to play these thangs, together! I wanted to give this one a caribbean look with the coloring (even though the cigar box is from Holland). 25" scale with blues fret markers. Not sure if I'm "right" by doing that - I have watched 8,239 videos (give or take 8,100) so it is very possible I got my wires crossed on that. The bridge is temporary, until I come up with something creative.…
