Using a rod piezo right to the jack with heat shrink and clips without having to solder is a error free way for me to amplify my builds. I almost never get buzz or screech like I do with a disk piezo... and usually a good, loud signal.And, isn't this beautiful wood on the head stock? I salvaged it from a discarded table top. Mahogany, I think.
