Thanks. I want to put smaller washers under the tuners anyway. I gave this one about 2 degrees neck slant and string height is perfect. The ebony is very smooth and my daughter says it plays very fast.

Doh! Gears toward body -- how did I screw that up and then not notice!! Oh well, easy enough to switch next time I change strings.
No big deal on the tuner mounts. Quite a few folks do em that way. Supposedly they do not last as long.
That is nice work on the wood and frets. Looks like the tuners are upside down.
