This is my first attempt at distressing a neck. I wanted it to match the patina of the can. The pictures don't really pick up all the dings and scratches but I beat the crap outta this thing. It was pretty fun. Red oak neck, brass nail fret markers, Gitty violin under saddle pickup (loud!), brass wingnut volume knob.
