Sure I will help you out as much as I can, however, this is an advanced build. The neck is NOT bolt on. In fact, its not even glued on. I made the entire thing from a single piece of wood. I carved it out inside once I split it in half and hollowed it out, then resealed it back up. Its a very difficult procedure because if you screw up a single thing in the making of the body you cant just swap the neck out to a good body, the whole thing is firewood at that point. But the electronics are actually the easiest part of the whole thing. I used EMG pickups which are active, and all of the pots and wiring is all EMG as well. and the entire thing is very thin and measures in at under 1 +3/4 " thick. This red one is the second one I made in this design (which is in fact my own design ) . Id be happy to send you tips if you need em. THANKS AGAIN And have a happy holiday!
Would be interested in doing something similar myself mate, will get back to you on build methods, bolt on neck I assume? I know from experience assuming anything gets you into deep trouble so I will need your guidance on an electro acoustic, love it to bits Joseph something you should have major pride in mate just like your other builds, all the best, Chris. :)
P.S. All the best for Christmas mate to you and yours. :) :)
