Comment by Order99 on August 17, 2012 at 7:53pm: Glad you like it-and it sounds great as long as i'm not the one trying to play it! Lucky for me i'm only a few minutes drive from a local coffeehouse full of enthusiastic musicians willing to fieldtest my experiments...

I'm just glad the piepan happened to be a perfect fit inside this old picture frame-once the two were screwed together it gave me a platform the glue some pegs to-which in turn allowed me attachment points for my reasonator and a built-in jig for my maple veneer 3-ply sides. I love it when the parts themselves due most of the work for me already!
