Cheers Rand,hey,I only just put them pics up,-that was quick!--The dulcimer I made years ago after seeing one in someones house and loving the sound.I'd never heard one played till I saw Joni Mitchell in some old television footage play a track from her Blue album.-I've heard quite a bit since but have never really found it easy to play blues and folk on compared to the 3 and 4 string instruments I've made,though i've been experimenting a bit more with it recently and love the rich tone it gives out.-anyway thanks for the comment.

If you mean,left handed-no.I figer pick/strum with my right hand.-be easy enough to string it up the other way though.
Is the mountain dulcimer a "lefty" design?

Nice collection of instruments. I especially like the shape of the sound box on your mountain dulcimer. Hope she sounds as good as she looks!
