    i use a jowlers saw or a copping saw with a really fine tooth blade, then use like 250, 400,600 grade sandpaper, a nail file helps as well, used to use a router but its a lot of work to make a jig for every box.

    How do you get such clean cuts on the top of your boxes..such as the f holes there is no tearing?
