New Crop of knobs

It was the first day above 60 at my outside workshop at the lake. I over did it but came away with too many knobs.

Comment by Dave Lynas on May 10, 2012 at 1:30pm: D.R., they have no holes yet. So far ones that I've used have simply been pressed on the shaft. I size the hole just a tad larger than the shaft and wrap one, then two layers of black electrician's tape and they get real snug. I've tried a hole just smaller than the pot shaft, but they fit so tight I'm afraid I'll bust my pot or control plate pushing it on. I pocket out the hole to fit over the nut on the pot so the knob sits lower on the shaft. I think a set screw would be nice, but make a big hole in the outside of the knob. I don't pre hole the knob so they can be fit to specific pots. There are a couple of shaft sizes if not more. ..Dave
