Michael's craft box, oak fingerboard (dyed with brown shoe polish - never again) on oak body, piezo pickup with volume control, phenolic bridge and nut. Tuners and strap from dx.com. Frets locally sourced from a repair shop. Fret dots punched from white guitar picks.

Right on Norris - No 2 is done and photos of 3 will be posted soon. Then, on to my first requested build - my niece wants one for her boyfriend - interesting experience - allowing her to pick the box, her asking if the trim would be nickel plate or gold / brass, mocking up the corners and knobs on the box.
Here's a tip...I have been getting awesome results with steel wool and vinegar on all types of wood....after testing and getting different results for different woods....Try it bro.....save money on finishes.
